Brendan Beachman was born and raised in the tiny mining community of Craig, Colorado (South Park incarnate). He is a graduate of Montana State University, where he studied film/photography, with an emphasis on screenwriting/directing and production design. His senior thesis film “Stasis” (2008) played at festivals worldwide. In '09 he made the intelligent, well informed decision to move to LA sight unseen and broke as a joke. Somehow, through stupid luck, or just plain dogged determination (most likely a combo of both) he has Forest Gumped his way into a successful directing career. Over the past 15 years, he has cut his teeth writing/directing/producing/editing/sound designing, hundreds of advertisements & is now a full time commercial director with worldwide representation. His passion forever remains with narrative film, so he has also written and directed many festival award winning short films, including the semi-biographical dark comedy, “Intersection”, and the recently released dramedy “A Wedding Day”.
